First Post-Workout Feedback: Officially Sore

I LOVE being sore! I know workout was worth it and I’m making good progress. This morning invoke up and the tops of my shoulders are way sore. I feel like this is from the floor bursts, which involve you putting a lot of weight on your upper body so you can move your legs. I wish my legs were sore, too. But I hear the card workout is pretty intense, so maybe that’s how they will get sore. I’m not sure which workout is next in the list, but I think I will do cardio today since I did sculpt yesterday.
