Dirty Deadlifts

So, totally feel badass lifting this tonight. It’s only 106 pounds, but it looks pretty awesome. Not that I’m not proud of my progress thus far.


Did deadlifts, pull up negatives and rows tonight. Still feel slightly out of form on deadlifts. I don’t feel like I’m pulling anything, but my knees pop, which is a little scary. I’ve watched and re-watched videos on proper form, as well as read descriptions. The only thing I’m struggling with is the keeping my back flat/slightly arched. I feel like I’m hunching a little… Like my arms aren’t long enough. So I’ll keep focusing on that as much as I can. If anyone can offer assistance on deadlift form, I’m interested!
