Fast – Day Four – Breaking the Fast

I did it. I broke the fast. I feel pretty blah right this second, and that’s an improvement. I ate pizza. It tasted better than anything I’ve eaten in months. That’s the interesting thing about fasting. Food tastes sooooo good. Do I regret the pizza? Nope. 

Right this second I’m contemplating an alternate day fasting plan. I still don’t want a hard, fast, set plan. I’d rather vary it based on my social calendar. And I’m hopeful the more I fast, the easier it will get. For now, I’ll eat tonight, skip breakfast tomorrow and see how I feel for lunch. Essentially the same thing as I did today. Hopefully with less food longing since I ate today.
